Implementation of a comprehensive outdoor event service using remote-controlled LED wristbands based on a plug-and-play system.

Tasks, activities to be carried out under the project
The project includes one task - the purchase of fixed assets required to implement an innovative outdoor event service using remote-controlled LED wristbands based on a plug-and-play system.
The service to be implemented as a result of the project will be the creation of a venue for outdoor events using LED bands based on a plug-and-play system. The service will be implemented in the town of Przytkowice (Western Lesser Poland). As a result of the project, the Applicant will purchase the elements necessary for the implementation of the comprehensive service, including full equipment of the entrance zone with innovative LED bands, sanitary zone, concert (main) zone and thematic zones in the style of: Americanos, Magic Light, On the water, Multimedia or Grill&Chill . The project will run from 01.01.2024 to 30.06.2025.

Target groups
Young people aged 19-24 - residents of the Śląskie or Małopolskie Voivodeships, listening to modern music (pop, techno, house, R&B), enjoying clubbing, having a group of friends of their peers, using new technologies and social media, ready to spend PLN 100-200 on entertainment in one evening, including the cost of travel. According to the Central Statistical Office, in 2022, there will be 210,905 people aged 19-24 living in Małopolska and 229,805 in Silesia. Participants in the events will also come from other provinces (e.g. students) and tourists, especially in the summer.

Project objectives
Project objectives that will be achieved as a result of implementing the service:
(a) diversification of services - the new outdoor events service will diversify E2K Sp. z o.o.'s portfolio of services, thereby reducing the dependence of revenues on a single category of services;
(b) Responding to customer demands - the new service responds to the growing demand from customers seeking a unique outdoor event experience;
(c) Improved competitiveness and increased revenue - outdoor events using interactive LED wristbands will allow the company to build a competitive advantage, as the market for outdoor events is growing, there will potentially be an expanded customer base and therefore increased revenue;
(d) increase in employment - as a result of the project it is planned to employ two people for 2 full-time equivalents (2 FTE), thus enabling those losing their jobs in mining to find employment. The positions created as a result of the project will not impose retraining to provide the jobs created as a result of the project.

Effects, project results
Thanks to the implementation of the project, the company's activity will diversify - a product hitherto not offered on the market will be introduced into the company's offer. These activities will contribute to an increase in the company's competitiveness, an increase in revenue and also an increase in employment as a result of the project (2 FTE).
