Standard pre-sale ticket prices on Fridays start from £15 and on Saturdays from £20. Tickets are sold in limited pools until the number of tickets in the pool is exhausted, and prices depend on the event. Tickets are sold online on our website: https://katowice.energy2000.pl/bilety and also on the day of the event at the club's box office. In the event of a ladies' ticket being purchased by mistake by a gentleman, there is the possibility of a surcharge for the difference in ticket price, at the club box office located at the entrance. We also carry out sales on external portals/ticket shops and accept tickets purchased from our partners.

Ticket prices for KINDER PARTY events are 10PLN (for guardian and child). Tickets are sold online on our website: https://katowice.energy2000.pl/bilety , as well as on the day of the event at the club box office. (both carer and child must have a ticket)

We have 3 types of tickets available at the Energy 2000 Katowice club.
- STANDARD TICKET (divided into Ladies/Gents) - entitles you to enter the event. Prices of STANDARD TICKETS in the presale on Fridays start from PLN 15 and on Saturdays from PLN 20. They are sold in limited pools until quantities in a given pool are exhausted, and prices depend on the event. STANDARD TICKETS are sold online on our website: https://katowice.energy2000.pl/bilety , and also on the day of the event at the club box office. We also sell on external portals/ticketing sites and accept tickets purchased from our partners.

- FAST PASS TICKET - entitles you to enter a given event with the additional privilege of priority entry (bypassing the queue for ticket offices and security control). Pre-sale prices on Fridays start from PLN 35 and on Saturdays from PLN 40. They are sold in limited pools until quantities in a given pool are exhausted, and prices depend on the event. A FAST PASS TICKET is also a club entry ticket and does not require the purchase of a standard ticket. FAST PASS TICKETS are sold online on our website: https://katowice.energy2000.pl/bilety
*FAST PASS does not allow you to skip the queue of others with a FAST PASS ticket.

- ANNUAL TICKET - entitles you to enter all events (no exceptions) for 365 days from the date of purchase with the additional privilege of priority entry (bypassing the queue for ticket offices and security control). To make a booking,
1. Find the box you are interested in under the tab TICKETS AND BOXES/ BOX SETTING on the club map.
2. go to the SALES SYSTEM tab and click on the thumbnail of the event you are interested in.
3. Select the lodge you are interested in and by clicking on the + sign on the lodge number button add it to your basket.
4 You can check the capacity, price, and view a photo of the lodge by clicking on the 'i' on the lodge number button.
5. if your lodge is already in the shopping cart, you can add promotional packages or alcohol bundles to your cart at this stage.
6. To finalise the transaction, go further in the shopping basket, complete the details and make payment.
7. Once payment has been made, expect an email with confirmation of your booking and vouchers for the products you have purchased.

The voucher entitling you to occupy a reserved box is collected at the BOX ACCEPTANCE POINT, which is located in the main corridor (Energy2000 entrance) in the cloakroom on the left-hand side.

If you make a paid lodge reservation via www. you will receive an electronic voucher which must be exchanged for a paper voucher at the Box Office, which is located in the main corridor (Energy2000 entrance) in the cloakroom on the left behind the box offices.
When you purchase a box reservation in the club, you can collect the vouchers entitling you to occupy the reserved boxes at the Box Office, which is located in the main corridor (Energy2000 entrance) in the cloakroom on the left behind the box offices.

Please note that paid or reserved lodges must be collected no later than 01:00*. After this time, reservations are cancelled and lodges are offered for sale to customers at the club.

The Energy 2000 club in Katowice, 3 Plebiscytowa Street, is open on Fridays (21:00-5:00) and Saturdays (21:30-5:30)*, as well as on days preceding certain holidays.
*in summer July-August, the club is open 22:00-5:30 on Saturdays and 21:30-5:00 on Fridays.

**The Energy 2000 Club Katowice reserves the right to terminate the event early.

Yes when entering the club premises, you must comply with the provisions of the Club Rules, which can be found in front of the entrance. By purchasing a ticket and entering the club, you accept the Rules.
We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the club's rules and regulations before entering, as ignorance of these rules and regulations does not constitute grounds for any complaints when the rules and regulations are enforced by club staff and personnel.

AGE RULES:
Admission to the club at friday events from +16 years. ( photo ID, valid identity card or mCitizen application required)
Admission to the club at Saturday events from +18 years (photo ID or mCitizen application required)
DRESS CODE:
Informal attire is compulsory at the Energy 2000 Club.
Sportswear* is not permitted in the club, in particular: hooded sweatshirts / sweatpants and sweatshirts / short shorts** / baseball caps.

There is a cloakroom at the club, which is compulsory and chargeable. The price per item ( one block) is £3. Please read the cloakroom regulations before using the cloakroom. A fee of PLN 20 is charged for losing a block. Items left in the cloakroom can be collected during the next club working day.
If you do not collect your belongings from the cloakroom after Saturday's event, they will only be available for collection in six days' time, at the following Friday's event.

Unfortunately we do not have a car park directly at the club. We recommend the car park in Galeria Katowice on 3 Maja Street. Also, during events at our club, there are a lot of free parking spaces within our club on the street.

It is best to report lost property - an item - to the security manager or club manager while the event is still in progress. If you have not done so in the club, please contact the club office at 33 876 88 12 from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00 or email katowice@energy2000.pl.

* each of the club's employees and staff is obliged to name you, someone from the management team.

There is no ban on amateur photography or filming in the club, however bringing and using professional equipment requires accreditation from the club manager and if you wish to use professional equipment please contact us in advance by email: aras@energy2000.pl for authorisation.
